Referral / Payment
Referral: Simply call 880-0100 (M-F 8AM-6PM, Sat. 8AM-12 Noon)
At the time of your call, an Office Manager will do a brief 5-10 minute intake with you by phone. They will match your needs and your schedule with the appropriate Counselor. We also ask you basic information regarding family members, insurance and payment options, address and social security number - all information is strictly confidential (see our FAQ page). You will be given an appointment, time and date, to begin meeting with your Counselor.
We are usually able to schedule the initial session within a day or two, and again, it is based on your schedule and in consideration of the urgency. We do not do separate intake or assessment sessions. You are scheduled with your Counselor to begin counseling.
We are available for sessions seven (7) days a week, 8AM-8PM
Payment Options:
We are contracted with most insurance plans (Presbyterian, Lovelace, Medicaid/Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, Cigna, Tricare and Medicare) and we have contracts with a state EAP program, Rio Rancho Public Schools, Pathways and Job Corps.
We offer “private pay” options as well as consideration of a sliding scale for payment.
